HSBC GTRF

In April 2014 I production managed the annual sales conference for the Global Trade Receivables Finance division of HSBC bank in Istanbul, Turkey.

Working from conceptual visuals I created an intimate ‘in the round’ conference environment with bespoke set and stage, pro-audio PA system, vision mixed video on three large hanging screens and subtle lighting effects.

Planning and execution was complex due to the use of local suppliers and a pressured build time-frame but the event exceeded client expectations and was well received by delegates.
